I learned of this site on “The Power Hour” radio broadcast on 04/26/2011
I would like to know if there have been any ordinances passed that inlcudes restaurants as being exempt from Federal, State and County Health Inspections and Plan Reviews. We have a client who wants to construct an outside grille and we cannot seem to get past the review process. I believe these are quite common in the south, and we have restaurants who have added a grille after the review process and are allowed to use them.
We aren’t aware of any in this state. If you do find this information, though, we’d love to have you share with us! Thanks for your interest!
